"Just returned from our first stay at Elpida's Stone Houses and will definitely not be our last. The apartments are spacious and have everything you need for a self catering stay, it's a peaceful village & the view from the property is absolutely breathtaking, it goes on for miles! There's only 1 taverna within walking distance so a car is definitely recommended, Polis, Latchi, Argaka & the Akamas peninsular are just a few kilometers away so a great area to explore. "The apartment was very nice and clean. The location is great. George and his father were very welcoming and tried to help us solve some issue we had with renting a car. We will be happy to stay at Eliofos again. "

"Happy Village blew us out of the water! What an experience! The staff including Kate at the front desk and Jorge by the pool will ensure your stay is impeccable. Front desk and staff are at your call if needed and are very accommodating. Not only will they make your stay at the villa relaxing and pleasant but have tremendous insight into things to do around the increasingly popular, must-visit, Polis! The rooms were beyond great. Local mosaics in bathroom and around the room. Greeted with some fresh local fruit and wine to boot! The pool at the Center of the property boasts the Greek Cyclades vibe being surrounded by white properties with hints of blue. Further, the location is great with it being in a very friendly neighborhood and ideally located near many restaurants, bars, cafes, and attractions. We do not post many reviews but our stay here was impeccable and get that we had to drop a 5 star with regards to the staff and this newly modeled villa resort! Absolutely a must stay if visiting Polis, we will be back!"

"The location was great. Right on the market square of Polis with great fish restaurants close by and a lovely cocktail bar next door. The rooms are minimalist but the bed was comfortable and the aircon didn’t keep us awake which was a bonus! The staff were friendly and courteous, giving great service and nothing seemed too much trouble. This is not a 5 star creature comforts spa and pool hotel, but a lovely small 6 rooms, boutique hotel which is clearly respected by the locals who stopped by for breakfasts. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again! "

"There aren’t enough words to describe the magic of this property. We arrived after 22:00 in full darkness and woke up to the sounds of birds with a gentle breeze coming through the double doors on the balcony looking out over the mountains to the Mediterranean Sea. You eat breakfast overlooking the pool on a covered stone patio. Breakfast items vary from eggs and bacon to homemade apple cake and bread to freshly picked grapes and figs. The owners are incredibly attentive and friendly. I brought a pomegranate down to eat one morning and they brought me another bowl of a different kind. The next morning they had a bowl of freshly cleaned pomegranates so I didn’t have to pick my own. There is wildlife everywhere and the peacefulness and tranquility of the location is the stuff of dreams. The pool is incredible with the same view out to the sea. I have never stayed in a more relaxing, breathtaking and friendly location. Do yourself a favor and stay here, you will never forget it "
