Beachwood offers a relaxing, woodsy coastal retreat for friends and family just steps away from everything Seabrook has to offer. You’ll find this comfortable three-story, three-bedroom home in the Mill District, right on the forest trail that takes you from central Seabrook to the beach.
We’ve worked to make this house as environmentally sustainable as possible in keeping with Seabrook’s environmental ethos. It’s one of the only homes in Seabrook with solar panels and electric vehicle charging. A Clippercreek HCS-40R Level 2 charger is available for your use in the garage.
On the main floor, the living room includes a 4K Roku smart TV so you can log into the streaming service of your choice. Our front porch includes a grill and plenty of seating. Barbeque your favorite foods while listening to the ocean, or just relax and enjoy the woods.
The gourmet kitchen with KitchenAid appliances has all the tools you’ll need to create a memorable meal with friends or family. Early birds can catch the sunrise from the kitchen island or the main floor balcony deck. The kitchen includes a Keurig, a 12-cup coffee maker, and a quick-heating electric kettle. If you’d rather let someone else do the cooking, the town center with its restaurants, shops, and grocery market is a short stroll away along the Elk Creek Promenade.
Upstairs are three cozy, quiet bedrooms, all with coastal forest views, and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower. The other two bedrooms have queen beds, sunrise views, and shared use of a second bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with Saatva luxury mattresses. An additional queen AeroBed mattress is available if you need extra sleeping accommodations. We have chosen modern decor with environment-friendly materials, luxurious comfort, and a sense of fun in mind.
After a visit to the beach or the shops in the town center, come home to down time with a movie, a game, or a puzzle. The lower level media room features a 65-inch 4K smart TV, Polk speakers, and a large sectional sofa, perfect for movie night or a slumber party. An XBOX 360 with a collection of games and an air hockey table let you duel it out if you have a competitive streak. Or use the pickleball paddles provided for a game at Kucera Park or in the Farm District.
Beachwood is also near the Mill District bocce ball court and three outdoor fireplaces, perfect for making s’mores. Beach chairs are found in the garage. High speed internet is available throughout the house.
