「Very conscientious owners. Very clean. Exactly what we expected. Comfy beds.Know that the parking is tight and not easy when the downstairs neighbor is home. Need to know how to back up down a long driveway.Stairs to the unit are EXTRA steep (long rise and run). 「Perfect beach getaway with our Labrador retriever. The Grotto had everything we needed and Jason the host was very welcoming and responsive. It was close to all kinds of restaurants and within a short drive of dog beach in Del Mar. The weather was exactly what we were looking for, an escape from the Arizona heat. 「Location was awesome and hosts were very responsive to any questions. Parking can be challenging and there are a few nit picky things mostly regarding updating the house but overall it’s a great place, literally you could walk to everything. Me and the kids had a great time. 」
