Cozy, Quiet Bungalow in Shorepine Village near beach, Cape Kiwanda & Pelican Pub

Steps from the beach, Cape Kiwanda, and all that Pacific City has to offer, our clean and fully furnished townhouse is located within the exclusive Shorepine community. You and yours will have so many options of things to do and pleasant memories to make.

Taking strolls on the beach, relaxing by the fireplace, playing ping-pong in the garage, boogie-boarding, adventuring around the area, enjoying friends and family around our large, open-concept living and kitchen area are some of what awaits!

Our two-story townhouse has both bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, while another bathroom, living, kitchen and dining areas are located downstairs.
In the detached garage, you will find a ping-pong table ready for the next tournament, boogie boards to ride on surf and sand, along with beach toys and chairs for making your next beach trip enjoyable and fun!

The entire townhouse is for you to utilize while here. We trust our guests to treat and respect our home like their own, keeping things in order and clean.

There was an odd odor when we first arrived. Maybe an old cooking odor? Definitely not a bungalow but was advertised as one. Very well furnished.

Wonderful house! It had 3 bathrooms and very comfortable beds including a king, plenty of towels and a huge kitchen w/lots of pans and serving stuff. It could use a few more pots & dish rack. The couches were amazingly cozy, you sink right in. Great selection of DVDs, both for kids & adults. Quaint little village to walk around a little, with a ramp going up to a huge dune (be warned this is how you get to the beach so you must be fit). Very bright in the a.m. because there are just light tan shades, so the rooms could use some blackout curtains. Host was a great communicator. Overall a great experience!

This rental was perfect for us. The kitchen was stocked well with every appliance needed. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants & beaches. We would definitely stay here again

Lovely stay!

We felt very much at home during our stay in Pacific City and loved exploring on the bikes and playing ping pong in the garage. The home is more spacious than the photos show and there was plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy an evening around the fireplace. Thank you for sharing your home! We would definitely stay again! p.s. The warm water outside to wash your feet was a luxurious touch!

Well Appointed

We had our annuals girlz weekend. This place was perfect.. cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances and gadgets. And a cocktail shaker (important for girlz weekend). Beds and linens were good. Owner texted to see if all was okay and if we had questions.. very considerate. Location was good and the “village” a sweet setting. We’ll be back!!
