Salt Lyfe 2 BR Sleeps 6+2 CH 2 Min Walk To Beach

Relax & unwind in our open floor plan modern guest house. It was newly built in 2020.There is an indoor pool located a 2 min walk away at the Cape Kiwanda Marketplace. It is not part of our property, but it is accessible to the public. There is a $5 fee to access it.

The guest house sits above a private 2 bay shop.Our property is located a 1 to 2 min walk from the main beach at Pacific City(Cape Kiwanda State Park), Pelican Pub, NEW Pacific City Skate Park, PC Pour(Wine Bar), Stimulus Coffee Bakery, Doryland Pizza, Ben & Jeffs Burgers & Tacos, Moment Surf Shop ,Fine dining at Meridian Restaurant & Bar, Tide Pools Spa & Wellness & numerous trails.

Our guest house sleeps 6 guests plus 2 children age 12 or under. It has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each bedroom. Into the hallway down the left side is a surfboard themed bedroom. The bedroom into the hallway on the right side is a bedroom with an ocean theme. In our Great Room, we offer a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress & 2 oversize single couches that each make into a twin bed . Through the french doors in the Great Room is a private deck with teak deck furniture .The bedding for each of the great room beds is located in the hall closet, each with its own labeled bag. The single couch beds also have a mattress topper located in the blue bag in the hall closet. The kitchen , dining & deck all have a partial ocean view. The guesthouse is located above our private 2 bay detached garage/shop .The Guesthouse has its own private entrance with stairs leading up to the guest house. You will have access to the whole guesthouse upstairs. No one lives downstairs. (2 bay garage/shop downstairs is not included in rental). The area behind our guesthouse is Tillamook County land. It is perfect for taking your dog for walks , there is a large sandy area that you can set up a volleyball net or play catch with your kids, a trail in the back leads up to a lookout with a bench that you can sneak a peak of Haystack Rock on a clear day.

Once you park for your stay, you can spend your time here walking to many of the areas offerings. adventures to be had in our beautiful coastal town.
