「A general thumb's up for this property and those who tend it -- their service was good, friendly, and prompt when needed. The view is wonderful. Place is spotless and is an oasis of peace when compared to PV. Bus service into PV or Boca is frequent and close. The price is hard to beat, so one has to accept cooking on a single burner hot plate and microwave, and the distance involved in getting groceries. Walking on the highway may not be advisable after dark given lack of sidewalk. Many stairs...

「The location is AMAZING! Waking up every morning and going and sitting on the balcony to watch the ocean and the early morning beach goers was one of my favorite parts of the trip. It started my day off peaceful every morning. It’s just a few blocks from all the yummy restaurants.
The staff was helpful. The cleaners went above and beyond. Zero complaints. 」
