「Staff is really friendly and welcoming 」

「Everyone very cortéis, the place is spotless very modern, except the beach is a little far away, but walkable. I can recommend highly if your intention is not to be near the beach」

「Recepción no cuentan con teléfonos, ni servicio de restaurante a la habitación, habitación totalmente sucia , descuidada , cosas rotas, paredes manchadas, baños sucios. Tampoco cuenta con luz afuera de la habitación. 」

「Everything was fine! We felt comfortable, just a little detail: the smell's room was a little annoying, because it smells to cheap clean products. 」

「Very nice hotel is in a convenient location in San Marcos close enough to the main road and the public dock. Solid restaurant and good customer service. Meals were good if not great. Scenic view of the lake. They did a nice job putting together transportation and activities for our visit. Just be aware that because it is in town you may hear some sounds like music and dogs close to bedtime but never after 10pm. I would stay again. 」
