“We had an overall pleasant stay. The location is perfect. The home was nicely decorated, well-appointed, and felt welcoming. We especially appreciated that the hosts provided plenty of towels, as well as laundry pods, which made our stay more convenient. There were, however, a few issues that could be improved. Communication from the host was lacking, and several maintenance items needed attention, including burned-out light bulbs. Three of the bedrooms did not have closets, leaving little space……

“We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, clean and warm house, kitchen had what we needed to cook. Host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the welcome cookies and information guide that was a nice touch. ”

“Great views. Very simple. Just what I needed.”

“Charming and bright home! Was so close to the beach and close to local shops. We really hope to come back here soon.”

“This was a perfect location off the main traffic of the Seaside Promenade, so much quieter. Excellent beach access and although we didn't use the pool- there were a few swimming in it in March. ”

“Needed a place for a quick trip so family member could take a one day college class on Saturday ”

“Location, location, location!!! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. The location on the promenade is unmatched—perfect for morning walks and easy beach access. We loved sitting out with our morning coffee by the fire and taking in the stunning ocean views. Plus, the people-watching on the prom was endlessly entertaining! The house is on the older side and not fully updated, but it had plenty of charm and everything we needed for a relaxing, stress-free vacation. Five stars all……

“Really loved this place, quiet neighborhood, very clean, great amenities, and pet friendly! We'll be back!”

“Overall, we were satisfied with the selection of this property. It would have been a higher rating if the property was cleaned properly and communication with the host was more prompt and direct.”

“Cute place. Perfect location. Very clean. Highly recommend! ”

“The people at the front desk were extremely nice. They have cornhole and shuffleboard that you can use. There’s a great café across the street, but long wait times to be seated. You can get on the reservation list for the café and they will call when your table is ready. The unit certainly is cozy, but comfortable for a family four. Five stars for cleanliness is a bit generous as there were small issues, such as a dirty pan in the cupboard. Overall, a great experience. The unit is about a mile……

“The property was in a great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The only thing I felt was not very clean. Had a problem with ants inside the bathroom and family room floor. The backyard had dog poop all over. The host was notified and promptly responded to notifying her cleaners.”
