“Family gathered together for a coastal Thanksgiving and this home provided plenty of space for 6 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs. It's in a great, quiet location with lots of windows to sit inside and see the ocean and also has direct beach access out through the backyard. Gwen was a wonderful host. I reached out to her several times in advance of our trip and she responded quickly and was very friendly and accommodating.I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 as overall the home is a little worn, but it……

“Everything was great …,except the weather….didn’t get to see our neighborhood until Fri. Once we did the neighborhood was quaint! Was close to Broadway…the Hub of everything.We enjoyed our stay and hope we left it in great condition.Thank you Michael!”

“Large space with nice views. Noticed first day home has no ac. Floors were dirty. Hole in ceiling upstairs with mold. House overall smelled musty. I slept in the downstairs bedroom and froze every night. House served our purpose but was nothing to write home about. ”
