"I was surprised by all the hidden fees that were not revealed to us when we booked with you. I.E. $30- FOR PARKING - why do you have to pay for parking at your place? It's a large parking lot. Why do you have to pay to use the pool -$10. that should be complimentary for guests as should morning coffee. ..."

The Monterey Hotel
"This was a dingy and creepy hotel. It’s poorly maintained to say the least. The TV didn’t work. It had a foul odor. The bathroom was outdated and rusty. I truly cannot believe it passes inspection. I true ripoff."
