「Al llegar no había Wifi en la habitación y el personal trató de solucionar el problema. A la mañana siguiente el gerente me abordó y comentó que había contactado al proveedor y efectivamente solucionaron el problema ese mismo día. También el chef y personal de restaurante fueron muy amables. 」
