"The waiting time for the room was long, supposed to check-in by 3pm, we waited until 3:30pm, the room was still not ready. After check-in, we found out the bedsheets and pillows are not clean, the floor is also very dusty, and one of the air conditioning water is dripping. The location is very convenient. "Check-in was very smooth. Nick was very responsive when we needed anything. There were 5 of us and only 2 keys so need to coordinate when you go out. Key was needed to use the elevator. Lots of space. Mall has food court and restaurants. Did not use parking facilities. Used Grab and convenient pickup and drop off. I would stay here again. Did not use kitchen other than the fridge. Super nice to have a filtered drinking machine. Did laundry and dried on clothes rack. Lots of room. Need...
