“We stayed two nights in this really beautiful place, embedded in lush surrounding. It was so peaceful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went with on a morning walk in the surrounding forest, guided by a very talented member of the staff who could show us lots of things! There was also good spa and a restaurant which served all kind of food. The pool was also nice. The place is fantastic, we really recommend a visit there!”

“Had a wonderul stay with family. My kid enjoyed the amenities around. We arrived early, but staff was very welcoming and provided us a early check in. Special mention to Sarath & Vijay, who made the welcoming special and helping with pool facilities. Place has a fantastic view of Banasura Sagar dam. Jogging track is also available near the shores of dam. Food was good, special thanks for chef for accomodating our requests. Overall nice resort, we enjoyed the stay.”

“Hotel had no hot water for both of our stays. Staff couldn't do anything about it. Also they charged us extra fees that were not disclosed. The front office person was the rudest I have ever encountered. She refused to help and even mumbled bad language, I am not allowed to type here, several times under her breath when I asked questions. There are many good hotels in the area, this isn't one of them”

“This was a scam. The property was advertised as having a pool and spa, which was a key reason for booking. On arrival, we were redirected to Pattisons Boutique, which has neither facility. Being told to drive to another hotel to use these amenities was not what was advertised or agreed upon. I would like a partial refund for the amount paid toward the pool and spa facilities. Otherwise, the staff were polite and helpful, and the estate was beautiful.”

“Property is ok, looks ok. Room was ok, smelled mouldy. Was able to sleep. Rooms below average. Property grounds.well kept. Swimming pool needs lights, cant go after dark bc cant see anything. Restaurant is decent Highlight for me is the dude making tea, as strange as this sounds. Clean. Restaurant id rate 9/10. Tea 10/10. Service 8/10. Rooms 5.5/10.”

“The rooms are not as shown in the images. The cottages were very dingy and visibly worn out and unkept. Common areas seem to no be getting any attention. They have an on-site restaurant that does not have any functioning staff or even a full menu. Table tennis table was broken and there were hardly any other amenities.”
