「Amazing 3 night stay at Nuova luxury rooms and apartments. The room was cleaned to a very high standard and had everything you would need. The room had a fridge with complimentary water, a coffee machine with pods and kettle with different teas. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed. They also provide pool towels as they have the added bonus of a pool that you can relax at after a day exploring Olbia. 「The check-in process was a little bit complicated and time-consuming. After the final check-in process we got the information. The stay with 2 family at all was wonderful and good. It was close to the beach, restaurant, bakery and bus stop. The only thing, which was not good is that the floor was very dirty, dusty and black. We also found used cigarettes under the bed.」

「There was nobody at the property, the check-in was done online and instructions sent to my by email. There was no elevator, so if you have big bags or a pushchair - that will be a problem. Property was easy to find (we went by taxi) but be aware it is near the train station. Amenities were good, the only frustration was that the keypad to allow access into our room was very sensitive and there was a delay on it - so we struggled for 10 -15 minutes to get into our room.
