The property is super easy to access. It is a motel, meaning you go directly from outdoors to your room. The property is quite old and dated. However, it’s an easy walk to Antelope Slot Canyon Tours and right across the street from Safeway. Also within 200m of El Tapatio - the best Mexican joint in town. Easy in, easy out.
It’s a beautiful little town, and the unit is well situated but the maintenance on the unit was bad, broken furniture and just generally old and not updated. Because of location and price it will do well but to give it a better rating no happening

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Great location: close to Antelope Canyon, a grocery store, and a gas station. The room itself was clean, though the property is clearly showing its age. The walkway in front of the room could have been swept clear of the pile of sand, as it made rolling suitcases quite difficult.
Accommodating staff, we were allowed adjacent room for my group, so it was fun. We enjoyed the July 4th fireworks from the balcony of the hotel and the place is right off the strip. We enjoyed our stay for overnight since we’re there to check out the lower Antelope canyon.
Breakfast was very basic - had only yogurt, bagels with cream cheese, muffins and coffee/tea. Bed was comfortable and room clean. Quiet and convenient to town. City park across the street.
Rooms clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good safe parking and area. Pretty quiet. Good for families and closeby to stores and restaurants both walking distance and/or short drive.
Parking is easy, similar to street parking. However, the air conditioners are old and very noisy.

The hotel offers fair and reasonable rates, and the staff were friendly. The provided breakfast was a nice, simple bonus to start the day. I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly and comfortable stay.
