The property is nothing like the description. It is old and disgusting. It has the quality inn sign. The name given in the reservation is different than the name on the building. The front desk was full of boxes and clutter. The person could not even find a pen in the pile of papers cleaning supplies all on the front counter. It was hot and was looking forward to enjoying the pool and it was black and covered in a tbick film that looked like oil sludge and trash bags. We had luggage and the carts are so old they were hard to wheel. Elevators dirty unswept and sticky tuff that looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Bathtub had a black ring of dirt. Ceiling covered in mold. Walls have patches as if they slapped plaster on them then painted. Definitely NOT what the description advertised. Even motel 6 would be 5 star compared to this. Only positive was the view. Very disappointed

This property was just being transitioned over from a Quality Inn to a Scenic Inn, so there was some updating still happening. Our room was big and clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. Definitely worth getting a Mountain View room with a patio! The bathroom was very dated, but clean, my hope is that is something they will be working on with the new owners. The breakfast and breakfast area was a nice addition. A big plus for this property was the large RV/Boat parking for those that need the extra room.

What a gong show! The property is maybe a one star at best. o shortage of staff. No one at the desk when I arrived at the property. o the mattress was sagged and obviously very uncomfortable. o the property has been renovated and painted but done very sloppy. o the HVAC in their room did not work properly o I was promised a warm blanket and a standalone heater for the room. It was never delivered o the TV cable did not work o the swimming pool was closed o the chambermaid overlooked our room. o the free breakfast had the basic scrambled eggs waffles etc. but there was a sign posted saying "we don't have meat!" o the breakfast eating area was dark. Also disorganized. o no telephones in the rooms. So, there were some good things but far outweigh by the negative things. I would never stay here again. o another oddity is that the property signage said QUALITY INN and of course that was his former name. Quite confusing My wife would like to submit a posting of her own disappointments regarding the property. .

Our room was large with a balcony and great view. Plenty of parking. Toilet didn’t flush properly. AC was very loud keeping us up at night. Breakfast was sparse, only scrambled eggs and potatoes, not like the usual breakfast at other inns or hotels. We forgot an expensive jacket in the room after check-out. We called to ask for it be mailed back. They said they would look for it and call us back. They didn’t call us, and never picked up our calls after the first time.

I would advise travelers to stay clear of this unkept, unclean property until the owners make serious improvements. The positive reviews should be investigated for legitimacy (I’m not kidding) - and I have a hunch that the town of Page knows it. As the only positive, our bed was clean and comfortable. The rest of the room was not, the shower didn’t drain, and the individual working the front desk claimed to have cancelled a slew of online listings because an unexpected spring break rush had them changing the price abruptly to $160/night. I wouldn’t even pay $20 to stay here again. This building has so much potential in its location, it’s a shame it’s been so obviously neglected. Don’t get catfished.
