"The Sunset Lodge was spectacular in every way! The cleanliness, coziness, and overall comfort exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well equipped with condiments and cookware. The Lake view from both the porch and the dock were stunning! The Sunset Lodge is number one on our list of places to stay the next time we vacation in Texas! "We went for a four night stay. Check-in was seamless, hosts were very very attentive. The home was extremely comfortable, very clean and modern with a country feel. The place was very quiet, secluded and relaxing! Just a few minutes outside of Mineola and close to 30 minutes from Tyler. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!"

"A few items we noticed:A /C could not be adjusted, no up, no down, no off. Pretty cold in the evening.Kitchen rugs slide badly, need something to secure them in place.Door handle on bathroom in master needs to be attached.Everything else was nice, and worked well.Kind regards"
