There are two guest rooms upstairs. One with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. A common full bathroom is in the walkway between the rooms. The walkout basement is super large and perfect for the gang to hang out and play games. This room also has a large full size bunk beds and a portable queen mattress for extra guests.

Activities are all around this home. Wolf Creek Ski is about a 30 minute easy drive. The Pagosa Hot Springs are about 7 minutes away in the Historic downtown area that also has great shopping and dining. And for those that enjoy golf, the nearby 27 hole championship golf club with beautiful views and in the summer months, offer great weekly concerts on the green!

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.
