Paradise in Pagosa is a spectacular home and it ticks all the boxes for a fabulous Colorado getaway! This spacious home sleeps 8 people and features several gathering areas both indoors and outdoors for enjoyment by the whole family, including a playground on the side yard for the kiddos. The wrap around deck features a seasonal fire pit, dining and seating area while overlooking the large forested area adjacent to the home with abundant wildlife viewing opportunities. Even better - it’s only 2 minutes away from uptown amenities and less than 10 minutes from Pagosa's downtown experience! This home is incredibly comfortable and inviting. Whether you’re getting ready for a day of play by whipping up a cup of joe in the morning or unwinding on the deck around the fire, Paradise in Pagosa is ready to be your home away from home!
**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. For your safety, 4 Wheel Drive/All Wheel Drive or two wheel drive with accessible chains or cables are recommended for Colorado travel November-May

HOUSE LAYOUT:
Located in the Pagosa Lakes District, this lovely home is the best of both worlds! Though it is only 2 minutes from uptown amenities, and 10 minutes from downtown experiences, this home is a tranquil escape nestled among the pines.
To the left of the front door the primary bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom. Directly ahead is a private desk/office space and to the right is the sunny and spacious, open floor plan with living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The hallway from the living room leads you to the laundry room on the right, a second full bathroom and three more bedrooms. The first two bedrooms both have queen size beds and the third has built in twin size bunks for the kids along with games, toys and arcade games to entertain. The back kitchen door leads you to a huge wrap around deck with plenty of seasonal outdoor seating and dining space perfect for watching the deer meander by. At the far end of the deck is a fenced in playground.

- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and manager may require proof of age
- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy will be added to all reservation fees
- Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone’s home
- Ask about extended stay rates
