This newer Pagosa Springs condo, nestled among aspen and pine trees with an updated open-concept floor plan, is centrally located and ideal for a fun family vacation or perfect couples' getaway. With multiple sleeping options, this spacious, 1,250-square-foot layout is suitable for two to three couples, two small families, or a family of six. The elevator is nice for carrying your gear up to the third (top) floor, and there’s also a washer/dryer in the condo for your personal use. This particular condo (304), located on the end (with a balcony and views from windows on three sides), has heating and air conditioning as well.
This cozy condo is perfectly located only steps from the golf course and three miles from the center of town, where you'll find fantastic restaurants, hot springs, tubing on the San Juan River, and more. You will be as close as four miles to national forest trailheads for hiking, running, biking, nature watching, or even snowmobiling and cross-country skiing in the winter. It’s only two miles to the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center and right next to several lakes for fishing, kayaking, or paddleboarding. And it’s also only 35 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area, boasting the most snow in Colorado!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
