“We love this hotel/apartment and continue to come back. Tha staff is most friendly and helpful and willing to go out of their way. The rooms, while all different are spacious and very well appointment enabling use to prepare full meals. The location, on the river and walkway is perfect for walking to restaurant's, shopping or just a short stroll.”

“ITZA AMAZING. The hotel is in a great location easy to walk to areas or catch taxis. Restaurants close by. The hotel is beautiful the rooms are spacious and filled with everything you need and more. The staff was so wonderful. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Five stars is not enough fhey need 10. Would recommend and would definitely stay again. ”

“Friendly, clean, quiet, and an excellent location. We stayed in an upstairs room that was basic, but charming, and everything worked. Difficult to park outside for check in. ”

“We adored our stay at Pepe’s! The room and bed (firm) were comfortable and to our liking. The location is *very* walkable to several squares, restaurants, shopping, and even a few great beer spots (two breweries and a Belgian spot). Alexandria and Estephanie were extremely accommodating and warm, we were very grateful for them. The breakfasts were big and delicious, and daily coffee nice and strong! We had heard that the towels and blankets in Ecuador were rough but not at Pepe’s! Soft towels,……
