“Staff was not particularly helpful, we booked a room for 3 and we were only offered a double bed, which was actually made by two twin beds putting together. When we asked if an additional bed would be available, the staff said he needed to check, we checked with him again around 15 mins later after settling down and he said he still needed to check. OK, we then went out for sightseeing and returned to the place hours later. When we checked with him again, he said he can arrange an additional……

“We stayed 3 nights at the New Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven the price is right and the service is really nice. The best thing was to met Jahn who helped us plan our trip through India. He made really good suggestions and showed us what is possible. Without him we wouldn‘t experience India completly. Just for him, his positivity and his effort to give us the full experience of India I would stay there again. No regrets to choose this place at all”
