「Christine is very communicative and this is a one of a kind property! The cats ate the best and the thoughtfulness of the design is top notch. We loved all of the ideas about where to go and what to do as well. We had to work a little to figure out how to cool down the rooms quickly but that was more us than the property :). You really felt like you got away from it all!」

「The property was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the sounds of the coqui frogs and didn’t mind the chickens. It would get stuffy during the day, but it cooled down at night. The fans pretty much blocked out any outside noise. The owner communicated promptly and we had no issues while there. We would definitely stay here again.」

「Kahoa House was our vacation home for 4 days accommodating a multi-generational family of 4 adults and 2 children (9 &12yo). We loved the spectacular coastal location on Hilo Bay, especially all the wave action, surfers and even a cruise ship passing. It's a cozy, clean, well equipped home in a prime location with easy access to the regional attractions. Loved covered outdoor Lanai and front deck.
