This place is the best spot in all of Paihia. Heated pools, raised private level, ocean view, best rooms, great service, beach and playground across the road, easy parking and access, and best price. Once you stay here you never will stay anywhere else but here everytime.. Many thanks. Cheers

Easy check in as prepaid room. We were staying a few nights, we dragged up our bags and unpacked everything, loaded up the fridge etc. it was a little stuffy so turned on the air conditioning in the bedroom but there was no power on the unit, no lights coming on, same thing with the one in the living ...
