The amount the hotel charge, the breakfast was not of value. The hotel used to offer buffet breakfast but now you're limited to what you can order which I think it's a bad business decision. This is my 2nd time and it was a bit disappointing. When I travel back to Auckland, I would look for another option for sure.

Not quite at a 5 Star level. The rooms are basic, with basic amenities, cleanliness was good, the rooms were tired. Where the property lacks is made up by the staff from the Bell Boys to the Reception, the customer service was excellent.
