The ROUGE lodge
PAILHÈS is a village of 550 inhabitants located 12 km north of BÉZIERS (34500).
-> 25 minutes from the beaches: Valras, Portiragnes, Sérignan, Vendres, Cap d'Agde.
-> 15 minutes from the river: Réals, Roquebrun.
1 hour from Mont Caroux which is full of hikes, each more beautiful than the last, 1 hour 50 minutes from the Eastern Pyrenees to discover the Vermeille coast and its many villages (Collioure, Argelès-sur-Mer, Banuyls-sur-mer) before taking from the height heading towards Font-Romeu or the Spanish border.

The region offers you a multitude of activities, local and organic markets, wine cellars, walks along the Canal du Midi and the Vendres ponds.

Pailhès gîtes - 2 stars - 4 people per accommodation.
On a plot of 3000m2 fenced and closed by an entrance gate common to the 3 accommodations, we offer 3 independent houses of 40 m2 with a covered terrace of 15m2. Table and 4 chairs to enjoy your garden space of approximately 200m2 where you can sunbathe and relax (the Vert and Jaune gîtes are fenced).
The houses are identical and on one level.
The entrance opens onto a living room with a small sofa, a table that can accommodate 4 people, a sideboard, air conditioning, TV, box, wifi, a kitchen area equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, multifunction oven, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, dishes, vacuum cleaner.
The sleeping area is made up of 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1 with a 140X190 bed and bedroom 2 with 2 90x190 beds). At your disposal pillowcases, duvets. The mattresses are equipped with cotton protectors which are washed between each rental.

Sheets and towels NOT PROVIDED.

The bathroom includes a sink with 2 drawers, a hairdryer, a shower, a window to light and ventilate the room.

The toilets are separate.

The area is quiet, you can go for a walk in the countryside through the vineyards without taking your car.

The Avants Monts de Magalas tourist office welcomes you to offer walks, visits to wine cellars, outings and to advise you.

The shopping center is located in Thézan-les-Béziers (1.5km): Hyper U supermarkets, Lidl, BioSHop, pharmacy, veterinarian, DIY, distributor.

Several local markets are spread throughout the week.
