The room and the bathroom were very spacious, well-lit and clean. There were large mirrors and the room had a very upmarket feel. All the room amenities were as described and worked as expected. The breakfast saved me some time and it was nice that they had fresh fruit and even a no-sugar added yogurt in 2 flavors. The location was very convenient - close to the museum, the freeway and some large well-known stores nearby. All this at a great price! I slept well and was well rested during my stay.

The condition of the room was unacceptable. The floors were excessively dirty, to the point where it was uncomfortable to walk barefoot, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the space. Furthermore, I noticed that the exterior of the building, specifically the roofing area, appeared to be in a state of disrepair. Given these conditions, I was very disappointed with my stay and do not believe this environment was suitable for a family. I hope you will address these issues for future guests.

Moderately priced option in area. Room was large, and it was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was lots of grab-and-go breakfast options, free bottled water, and we liked the free coffee. But if you are looking for a pristinely clean, updated, insect-free room, you may want to look elsewhere. It was a room. It worked for us. I hope that they fix the issues that we told them about and remove the spiders from the door entrance. Also, the pictures on the website are... hopeful? Everything seemed to be somewhat dingier than the pictures.
