Apptm. topp - Buchungsprozess Katastrophe

Ich war der Meinung bei Fewo-direkt gebucht und abgewickelt zu werden. Weit gefehlt: nach der Buchung lief alles über eine extra BuchungsApp, die dermaßen mit Emojis überladen war, dass man sich kaum zurechtfand. Zudem war der Prozess extrem unflexibel, so dass z.B. die Kaution nur 1 Tag vor Anreise hinterlegt werden konnte ( wer weiß denn was an diesem Tag los ist) und der Schlüsselcode nur online abrufbar ist. Was ist denn, wenn kein Internetzugang möglich ist wegen schlechter Abdeckung. SMS wäre da auf jeden Fall sicherer. Komm. erschwert, da min 3 verschiedene WhatsApp-Nummern verwandt werden. An diesem Buchungsprozess sollte dringend nachgebessert oder direkt auf etablierte Standards der Vermittlungsportale gesetzt werden.

Heruntergekommene und schmutzige Wohnung

Ich kann vor dieser Wohnung nur warnen. Wir haben Apartment 461 bekommen und dieses war heruntergekommen und dreckig. Ein Schlafzimmer hatte kein Fenster, lediglich eine kleine Luke zum Gang. Das Sofa war voller Sand und die Fenster waren komplett verschmiert. Der Wohnkomplex ist auch herunter gekommen. Wir sind direkt wieder gegangen. Unser Geld sehen wir wohl leider nicht wieder, da der Vermieter nicht auf die Emails reagiert und Fewo direkt leider auch nicht geholfen hat .

The apartment is great, it's spacious with an amazing view over the beach and lighthouse. One can see the sunrise and sunset from the same balcony. It's got everything you need within short walking distance, shops, restuarants and the beach. Highly recommended.

The flat was very nice, clean, light and spacious. Location is perfect, close to the beach and with supermarket, café, restaurants and bakery near by. Terrace was great, we spent a lot of time there. Beds were comfortable, just sometimes noisy. However, the place really worth it and we would for sure book it again.
