This hotel was very large, with lots of steps to get anywhere. Only one pool was heated, the smaller pool, and the beds around that pool filled quickly. The food for British visitors was limited and the one shop was not permitted to sell drinks. We were able to purchase water from reception, but other than the bars, there is nothing else local. We got taxi’s too and from jandia centre several times. The hotel staff were really pleasant and accommodating. I found the room cold at night and they brought 3 additional duvets. They were always helpful and kind. The staff in the dining room and on the pool bar were lovely, I just found the hotel a little too big. The room was always cleaned well and we had a really pleasant stay.

Hotel is beautiful but felt we should have been treated better in regards to our request for room change after noisy first night. Especially given our 13 night stay booking. New room was much smaller and quieter, but we lost out on view and larger washroom. Waitress and Manager in La Piazzetta were very helpful, food and pricing were great value.

Huge selection of food for both breakfast and dinner. Quiet hotel occupying so much land in the middle of nowhere, it's a bit of a trek from the top of the complex where you enter to the beach, 3 lifts and 2000 steps lower. But, if you simply want to stay in a quiet good resort, it's exactly that and enjoyable.

Wir hat ein Upgrade auf ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Meerblick direkt an der Steilküste für 40€ pro Nacht bekommen. Die Investition hat sich gelohnt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Sehr angenehm war auch der beheizte Aussenpool. Das war normal, sehr Ei lastig und die Atmosphäre im Frühstückssaal war nicht so gemütlich. Schön war die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Küste.

I booked this for my mum and Dad ( who live on the island )from the daughter and sons as a Christmas gift. I am so glad I chose this Hotel! My mum and Dad were so amazed by the hotels beauty, location, amenities, wonderful staff , fabulous food and service and more! Wir sind als Paar (60 und 65 Jahre) angereist und wurden an der Rezeption sehr freundlich empfangen ,inklusive einem Glas Sekt. Unser gesamter Aufenthalt war hervorragend: Service, Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals waren top. Es gab für uns wirklich nichts Negatives. Auch die Zimmer haben uns sehr begeistert: Sie sind sehr schön, großzügig geschnitten und die Aufteilung ist hervorragend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick – absolut empfehlenswert und für uns ein echtes Highlight. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal, vor allem den Zimmerservice und das Reinigungs-/Housekeeping-Team: sehr aufmerksam, ordentlich und absolut zuverlässig. Man konnte sich wirklich darauf verlassen. Ein Beispiel: Als versehentlich etwas von uns mitgenommen wurde, hat sich das Team sofort darum gekümmert und uns am nächsten Tag informiert und alles geklärt ,sehr ehrlich und professionell. Sehr praktisch fanden wir außerdem die kleine Cafeteria an der Rezeption: Schon ab 6 Uhr morgens konnte man sich einen Kaffee holen und eine Kleinigkeit essen, perfekt am Abreisetag. Auch die Parksituation war entspannt: Oben am Hotel waren jederzeit ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Essen war hochwertig und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.“

The rooms are modern, spacious, and clean, but that is the only real positive. Despite marketing itself as a resort, this property is absolutely not one. The hotel feels empty, lifeless, and completely soulless. There is no music, no atmosphere, no decorations, and minimal staff presence. No one assists with luggage, and nothing about the property feels welcoming or relaxing. While it is clean, it feels cold and sterile. The gym is extremely limited (two treadmills, a few dumbbells, one rowing machine, and one bench). The circut spa is only open three days a week for a few hours, which makes no sense for a hotel branding itself as a spa resort. They also charge €20 to use the spa the same price charged to non-hotel guests. Breakfast is decent with a good variety, but it does not make up for the lack of amenities or atmosphere. If you book this hotel expecting a resort-style experience, you will be very disappointed. It feels like this may have once been a resort, but since opening in 2015 and possibly after COVID most services and amenities have clearly been cut back possibly due to financials

A fantastic stay at Royal Palm Resort & Spa. The resort is vast and exceptionally well equipped, with everything you could need available on site. The direct access to the beautiful beach is a real highlight and offers a lovely stroll along the coast towards the lighthouse. We booked the private spa for a three-hour session, which was absolutely amazing and well worth it. The member of staff at reception who looked after us provided outstanding service and made it feel genuinely special. Highly recommended for a relaxing and high-quality adults-only getaway.

Très bonne expérience dans cet hôtel malgré certains avis négatifs . Il est situé sur une très jolie plage de sable à une encablure de Morro Jable , petite ville où vous pourrez faire vos emplettes et prendre des pots agreables . Points positifs : localisation , amabilité du personnel , propreté , équipement , taille des chambres et terrasses , literie excellente , beauté des chambres , qualité des aliments , belles piscines extérieures, calme , ustensiles de salle de bain toujours bien realimentés . Points négatifs : propreté du jacuzzi , piscine intérieure un peu fraîche , wifi limite , plats chauds souvent refroidis dans les plats de service , prix des boissons élevé au restaurant ( 3.9 euros la 1/2 carafe d’eau !! ). Au total très bonne adresse à prix compétitif .
