The villa is located in a well maintained residential area. The property is a generously equipped house on three levels. Villa Carla has a large living room with music system and German television, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, various sun terraces and private pool (10x4m). The total living space is about 150 m².
The 3-minute drive away, white sandy beach stretches from the Costa Calma to Jandia.

Ideal resort: On the Costa Calma you will find extensive shopping. Good restaurants, several rental car stations for individual island tours can be reached in a few minutes. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Alles ist sehr großzügig und sauber. Die Küche mehr als voll ausgestattet. Der große Pool und die die gesamten Außenanlagen laden zur Entspannung ein. Die Strände rund um die Costa Calma sind extrem schnell erreichbar. Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass der Besitzer (wegen der starken Winde) mehrfach gekommen ist um den Pool zu reinigen. Wirklich ein sehr empheflenswertes Haus!

Wir haben die Geräumigkeit des Hauses sehr genossen und vor allem auch den großen, schönen Pool. Der Grillkamin ist super und auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und erholsam, aber man ist mit dem Auto schnell bei Supermärkten, Restaurants und den tollen Stränden wie z.b.Sotavento Beach. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir kommen gern nochmal wieder!
