Best golf resort in khao yai

Everything was perfect except the bed. Very hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately the bed quality does not match all the other things which are top notch, specially the service. ALL the staff members are lovely.

Perfect place for golfers

Nice rooms and excellent facilities including swimming pool and fitness center. Good European style restaurant with reasonable prices, however, it seems that the hotel customers don't use this possibility for tasty dining. Location is quite remote and needs own transportation but that was rather an asset than a problem. Hotel is located next to the very good golf course.

Very nice hotel and golf course,hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. We’re coming at the right season with temperatures around 15~25C. We’ll plan another trip for this hotel this year again.

With so many great options available in Khao Yai/ Pam Chong this simply wasn’t worth the money spent. This resort caters to those who golf mainly. Otherwise it was a no frills type of accommodation compared to the many high end resorts along the road leading to Khao Yai National Park. Other than the bell hop who was pleasant upon check in I thought the rest of the staff was mediocre in terms of providing service. Breakfast was also limited and most dishes were cold.

ゴルフ場内にあるゴルフ専用のホテルで、立地も良い。但し、情報が不足しており、大変に迷惑を受けた。

ゴルフ場内にあるゴルフ専用のホテルで、立地も良い。 但し、私はゴルフプレーをするために東京からこのホテルを5日間（12月19日～24日） 予約し訪ねたが、この期間はプロトーナメントが開催するとして一般にはクローズされた ため、一切プレーはできなかった。友人も誘っており、大変に迷惑をかけた。 訪問前に、ゴルフホテルのウェッブサイトで問題ないことを確認しており、今回のことで 非常な不愉快と怒りを覚えた。このことをホテル側に伝えると、すぐにウェッブに情報を 載せて、陳謝された。 幸いにして、エクスペディア社から、全額返金するとのことで、滞在は他のホテルに 切り替えたが、わざわざ日本から行って、期待を裏切られたのは非常に遺憾である。

Great Hotel

Overall is great, really relaxing and quite. Breakfast is ok. Clubhouse's food is very delicious. I really appreciate the Duty Manager, Ms Da she really help us a lot, she always try her best to solve our communication barrier with their locals. If you do not engage private car/van, you can't go anyway. There is no taxi service at Khao Yai, private car/van is a must. Alternatively you may rent a car.

Good stay, we would come again

We would recommend this hotel and we would come back. The hotel is Clean and modern, not too old. Staff doesn't speak English so Communication was hard. No one offered to help us with our bags to the room which was a minus for us. Breakfast was fresh but selection limited. Extra bed was free (plus) but they could not provide a baby crib (minus).

ทางไปโรงแรมค่อนข้างลึก เล็ก ไกล แต่ก็ไม่ถึงกับหาไม่เจอ ตอนโทรไปสอบถามทางพนักงานที่รับพูดจาไม่ค่อยไพเราะค่ะ อาจจะยุ่งอยู่ ตอนไปเช็คอินเนื่องจากเป็นวีนหยุดยาว คนค่อนข้างเยอะเลยทำให้เช็คอินใช้เวลาค่อนข้างนาน(มากก) เวลครัมดริ้งอร่อยดีค่ะ ชอบ อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกน้อย ไม่ค่อยชอบสถานที่ที่ใช้ทานอาหารเช้า รู้สึกเหมือนไปงานเลี้ยง เนื่องจากใช้ห้องสัมนาแทนห้องอาหาร ไม่ค่อยเป้นส่วนตัว อาหารรสชาติธรรมดาๆค่ะ
