"Toilet didnt fkush in our room. I had to use the showerhead myself to get it to clear away. Did let staff know and they informed us that maintanance would sort it after we left. This didnt help us. The tv was also dodgy, kept showing a black screen and only the the commentary of the programs, it ..."
