With 30 m² of living space, the accommodation offers a separate bedroom with a cosy double bed, SAT-TV and ceiling fan, as well as a bright living and dining room with an extendable sofa bed that is perfect for two additional guests. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need for self-catering, including a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a 2-plate electric cooker and sufficient cooking utensils. The adjacent covered balcony with seating for two invites you to enjoy relaxed morning hours or mild evenings.



The apartment is air-conditioned, equipped with free WiFi and offers a private parking space directly at the house. 2 small pets are welcome upon request. Please note that additional costs may arise for their stay. The bathroom is functionally equipped with a shower and toilet, and bedding, towels and a fan are provided.



The house, in which the accommodation is located, offers a total of six holiday apartments and is therefore also well suited for holidays with friends or the extended family. A shady garden with a communal terrace and outdoor shower is open to all guests, as well as a barbecue option by arrangement.
