"Was threatened by a group of local kids who were extremely drunk had a gun on them and they surrounded me and 6 other people cussing and trying to get us to fight them while we were in a hot tub. Would not come back!
Also the one pool bar here made awful drinks that were hard to drink and overpriced. "
"I have stayed here twice and have enjoyed both visits. You cannot beat the proximity to the water and the staff is always pleasant. Additionally, we really love having two bathrooms when traveling with large groups. Pros- proximity to beach, onsite ability to rent beach chairs and snorkeling gear, the hot tub, proximity to food/doctor/grocery store, and larger air conditioned rooms for families. Cons- daily parking fee, but this is common at a lot of places. Adding pictures of the view from our room and the sunset we watched from the steps to the beach- which was mere feet from our room. "
"Difficult to get a pool chair even though there is a sign that says unoccupied pool chairs will be forfeited. We saw many chairs with pool towels to which no one returned to but no staff came around to remove the towels. "
"I came to Hawaii to relax and enjoy my vacation, but unfortunately the service I received did not reflect the level of hospitality I expected. Service was disappointing and far below the standard expected for a destination known for hospitality. Staff members were rude and management did nothing to correct situations. "
"Rooms need updating but were clean. Resort fees were exorbitant, especially considering that beach chairs were only available for rent. Not sure what “resort fees” covered other than just being another money grab."
"No AC in room, sliding door damged not able to lock, felt unsafe, very tired every day of stay due to lack of sleep caused by hot and muggy room.Ms. Angie was very nice, professional, and understanding of my issues."
"We were at the property for the biggest storm in 95 years and they did such a good job of keeping things safe for us and getting the hot tub and pool up and running as soon as possible when the storm settled down. We had a great time. Room was very clean, it was quiet, and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. Would definitely stay here again. "
"We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool area was very nice. There isn't much beach right out from the resort but it is a close walk to the main beach area. "
