“Il personale e’ stato molto molto gentile e preciso con le informazioni. La location e’ comoda relativamente vicina alle piste da sci. L’unico neo e’ il rapporto qualità/prezzo: per quanto speso ci attendevamo un appartamento più curato ed accogliente.”

“Lovely boutique hotel with a great location close to the train station. Very well kept and modern. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room not working. After an hour of changing the thermostat when we got to the room it hadn’t lowered at all. We went down to the desk to ask about it and they went onto a laptop to adjust something and said it was fine. An hour later it was still unchanged and uncomfortable but the reception had closed for the evening. We phoned and sent a message……

“The room was very clean and cool. However, the bed was made a weird way. There was no duvet cover, the uncovered duvet was on the inside and a sheet covering the outside. I had to completely turn it over so that the sheet was next to me. When I went to check out, there was nobody at reception at the Bernina hotel where we checked in. I waited a while but just left the key as I couldn’t wait any longer. The breakfast was basic but adequate.”

“Excellent stay. The location is excellent, just a short walking distance from the railway station, making it very convenient for travellers. The check-in process was very easy, with clear step-by-step instructions that made everything straightforward. The property was clean and well maintained. The mini kitchen was also clean and very useful, especially for preparing simple meals. The only issue I experienced was with the charging adapter. It would be great if the property could provide……

“This hotel is ultra hospitable! Well appointed rooms, friendly and personable staff! Food is outstanding, I loved the parmegiana served by the chef who made an exception for me as I checked in late night way past the kitchen closing! The team does go extra mile to make their guests feel welcome! A great discovery, this hotel! ”

“La habitación era amplia con todo Lo necesario para un buen descanso. La cama y almohadas eran cómodas y ropa de cama como toallas estaban muy bien. Había secador de cabello, la temperatura y presión del agua correcta. Estacionamiento delante de la propiedad. El desayuno estuvo correcto. Cenamos en el restaurante del establecimiento excelentemente. El personal fue cordial. Lo único observable son las escaleras”
