“Een heel prettig verblijf gehad bij Francesco. Hij neemt de tijd om alles uit te leggen en is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij vertelt over de mooiste bezienswaardigeheden en hoe er te komen. Kamer is zeer schoon en voorzien van een goed werkende airco. Zeker een aanrader en bij een volgend bezoek aan Rome gaan we zeker weer terug.”

“It’s very close the Roma S Pietro station and St Peter’s Square. Can easily take bus 62 and 64 to the city center. The room is clean and really appreciate the bottle waters and snacks provided daily!”

“Vatican style staff was exceptionally hospitable and helpful. The place was nice clean, if it’s your first time in Rome highly recommended to book pick up car from FCO to hotel which you can book through them. Place accessible to subway and food area it’s so very close to Vatican City you’ll see the walls right outside your hotel. And souvenir shopping is accessible right outside doorsteps. Luckily this place has lift for your luggage’s. Highly recommended and will definitely be back here.”

“The shower would not drain fast enough and it flooded the bathroom. The toilet was not cleaned in a long time so it smelled like strong urine. And the A/C did not work fully and I had to check out early due to all these. AVOID.”

“Great communication, clean room, awesome location! Family loved to walk to St Peter’s Square and Basilica which was very close. Lots of wonderful restaurants on the same block and supermarket across the street for essentials and snacks was great! Would highly recommend and would stay there again next time in Rome.”

“酒店位置很好，就近梵蒂冈，旅游出行很方便，楼下就有很多餐厅和小吃店，开到很晚。酒店是公寓式酒店，需要和别人分享公共空间，不过房间有独立洗手间，房子有400年历史，要上楼梯，洗澡的水龙头水比较小，其他都很棒，东西也很新也干净。愉快的体验。”

“The room was spacious, with the couch and the tv. The bed was okay too. However, the place needed to be cleaned better. The floors were sticky and the bathroom also needed some deep cleaning. Some of our towels were stained. Only 2 caffeinated coffee pods were provided per day and no mugs only plastic cups. Same with the body wash. We only saw the staff once to ask for the city tax when we still had our backpacks on. I thought perhaps they could have waited a few minutes for us to enter and get……

“The best thing was that it is right outside the Vatican and close to restaurants and shopping. Expedia says breakfast included, it wasn’t. Not enough hot water pressure in the faucet and took too long to get the hot water. Dated furniture. The manager, Cynthia was very helpful and speaks very good English. No front desk. ”

“I tried to cancel more than a week prior my stay - due to my wife being hospitalized. I ask for credit or refund - but according to Expedia support they are both declined despite providing proof of hospitalization. This is my honest review for this hotel. Very sad.”

“Our hostess Sara was outstanding. Very attentive and communicated with us in a timely manner. I’m used to hotels and hotel rooms. This is a room with a bathroom and at first my wife and I were taking aback. But we stayed there the remainder of our seven days and everything was fine. There was only one chair in the room. We asked Sara for another and she supplied it. Our view from this room was outstanding. We stayed in the superior room. The property is across the street from the Vatican wall……
