「The hostel was very cozy and the staff made the stay quite enjoyable. Lounge and kitchen access should be 24 hours and not just until 10 pm. Post check-out, access should be granted to the lounge since check out time is so early in the day. Overall, had a great stay! Would recommend this hostel to other travellers! 」

「Huge lovely apartment with a full kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Good location close to the cathedral for easy walking around town. Only downside was the amount of noise off the street. Vehicles and people…it hadn’t seemed like a busy street when we arrived but it turned out to be busy late in the evening and then again in the morning. 「酒店安排我在地牢最下便角落一間房，窗外是地牢，上邊是泳池出入口，人們在上邊不斷經過，很嘈。平台上邊有花槽，職員淋花我的地牢地台濕了一大半，我住三晚，每天都有人check in check out,但他們總說無房可換，車位不足，每天都說沒有車位要泊去酒店外邊停車位，二千多一晩不值」

You can walk to the Chapel of Bones or to the Roman Temple, without issue.you need to check in at the Ale Hop store on the main floor, the staff is nice is friendly. They have a communal area with a kitchen and lau dry machines. Although they do not offer breakfast, guests have access to milk in the fridge and cereal, as well as do e fresh fruit. 「This place needs more attention to the interiors. Stained sofa and lots of scraped walls. Main concern for cleanliness was the beds: The bottom sheet was clean, but the duvet covers had obviously not been changed between guests and were soiled (including small blood spots). Looked like they were thrown on the floor (dirt/dust) and then put back on. We found some of the clean linens in the closet, so we ended up changing them ourselves before sleeping in the beds. 「Communication was terrible. We did not get an email with access codes and Limehouse did not send us a phone number to call. I pushed ALL the room bells and a man from Mozambique opened the door for us and called Limehouse for us who then emailed access codes. The same thing happened to EIGHT visitors as we were leaving. Another issue was the shower which required turning the water to a dribble before it overflowed the shower pan. Nice place, poor management.」

「We had a double room that was basic but more than adequate. Nice light from 2 windows. Location is right next to the Cathedral and very walkable for all of town inside the wall. Plenty of close shopping and dining options. Loved being able to use the juicer at breakfast for fresh squeezed orange juice. Young ladies at the front desk (Julia and Jenae) were fabulous.
