Perfect location in Calella, near the sea front but also in a lovely quiet part of the town.Extremely well equipped apartment, lots of kitchen utensils and towels etc.

Très bien placé pour la plage les courses. On peut tout faire à pied sans prendre de voiture. Car les places de parking sont extrêmement étroites. La vue de l'appartement est magnifique. Le seul ennui, les wc fuient , PAUVRE PLANÈTE ! Nous l'avons signalé dès notre arrivée : le plombier annoncé n'est JAMAIS VENU !..... La FEMME DE MENAGE entre les locations , aurait dû LE SIGNALER ELLE AUSSI.......

Superbe emplacement avec très belle vue

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement et la vue plongeante sur la mer, et le fait que l'appartement soit très bien équipé (pour la cuisine notamment), linge de maison et ménage compris.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Meer und verfügt über einen Balkon mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer und den Ort. Die Ausstattung war gut und genauso wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, dort wieder unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Einziger negativer Punkt ist die Tatsache, dass wir den Schlüssel für die Wohnung im nächstgelegenen größeren Ort direkt in der Agentur abholen und ihn für den Check out auch dorthin wieder zurückbringen mussten.

Great View!!

The property and location were exactly as described. Grocery store is 2 blocks away, restraints and beach within 200 metres. The view from the balcony and one bedroom is even better that in the picture - possibly the best view ever. The other bedrooms look onto the expansive private green space at the back of the complex. Very quiet in general - there was a concert next door on Saturday night at the hotel, but it was over by 12:30 and the music was fine - every other night it was very quiet. The unit was a well equipped unit, nicely equipped kitchen, with fans in every room, windows on both sides for great cross breeze as well. Unit was super clean, WIFI worked fine, big fridge, new induction cooktop and Oven, Lots of hot water. We stayed for 7 days in July 2024, 2 adults and 14, and 17 year olds - lots of space for everyone. This unit was a great value considering it had 3 full bedrooms and was so close to the water.

Une vue magnifique sur la mer

Un appartement trèsbien situé, avec un parking au pied de la résidence. Llafranc, Tamariu calella, pals, peratallada, pubol, palafrugell, la bisbal...tout est proche dans un périmètre restreint. Moltes gracies !
