Great location in an ancient town

Comfortable and well located. Close to lots of charming coastal towns but feels like you are living in a village. Spacious and well equipped. Great outdoor space. But beware of the ringing clock tower.

Beautiful building near market

What a pleasure to wake up to beams in the ceiling with the sun streaming in from the corners of the shuttered windows. 1 block away from the market with beautiful produce, fresh fish, meats, cheeses everything you could want!

Best apartment ever!

This is a fantastic apartment, lots of room, comfortable and a great terrace with a beautiful view! The location is great, close to the daily market, restaurants and bakeries. Parafrugell is a good town to stay of you want to visit Costa Brava, close to the best beaches! Gemma was always available and she is very nice and pleasant. We will definitely come back!

Pbms sur les équipements

Nous ne sommes pas du tout satisfaits de l'appartement et de l'accueil : 1 - nous n'avons pas été réceptionné par l'agence locale, pas d'état des lieux. 2 - la climatisation ne fonctionne pas, température insupportable dans l'appartement 3 - les chaines françaises de télé non accessibles. 4 - contactée l'agence locale n'intervient pas. 5 - l'agence locale vient nous voir à 48h de notre départ pour encaisser le paiement du parking et de la taxe locale (demande de paiement en espèces !!!!!) pour non conformité des équipements et de la gestion, nous demandons un dédommagement.

Très bel et grand appartement

Situé au cœur de la ville de Palafrugell. Un petit bar en bas de l’appartement permet de prendre le café du matin mais également une bonne sangria.l’appartement est très facile d’accès. Quelques jours avant l’arrivée une vidéo explicative pour la remise des clefs est envoyée. Les plages de calella sont à 5 min en voiture. Reste à trouver une place !

Tres bel appartement. malheureusement des problèmes de communication avec laura la personne en charge de la remise des clefs qui nous demande de preciser notre heure d'arrivee par whatsapp mais qui n'a pas le temps de lire tous ces messages!!!!!! Problème de parking. Laura a oublie de nous signaler que le marche était le dimanche et d'éviter de nous garer dans la rue du marche alors que nous avions souleve ensemble le problème du stationnement, de ce fait nos voitures se sont retrouvees à la fourriere (98.80€ par voiture pour les récuperer).

A True Spanish Gem

We had originally thought based off the photos online that there were at least three bedrooms, but after booking discovered the photos were for separate listings, so be warned if you weren't paying close attention like us. In the end, it didn't matter, there was more than enough space for 6. The patio was lovely. Everything was more perfect than we could have anticipated. If you're looking to escape in a culturally preserved quite town, this is for you. Great for biking as it is relatively close to all the beach towns, mountains and bike paths.

ABit Away from the Costa Brava

We chose this apartment in Palafrugell because of the photographs of the apartment, the terrace, and its location in the center of the old town. All of these things were wonderful, beyond our expectations. What we did not anticipate was that we would be front and center during the vote for Catalonian freedom in early October 2017. Front row seats of a small town demonstration. We also drove to hikes a long the Costa Brava, and appreciated the contrast between contrast between tourist and local venues.

Beautiful property in Palafrugell

Loved everything about the apartment. Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Great cafe/bar on the ground floor where we enjoyed our coffee every morning. Laura met us there and was very helpful. We had rented a car and parking was available down the street for an extra small fee. Can Felip was a great location for us. We had come from staying in Barcelona and wanted to see the Costa Brava area. We were able to easily drive to see everything we wanted...coastal up to Cadaques (which is amazing! Highly recommend) and inland, Girona and Figueres. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely recommend this apartment!!

Ferienwohnung in wunderbar authentischem Feriendorf an der Costa Brava

Wir haben eine Woche in Palafrugel verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal gelegen: Mitten im Städchen, im selben Haus können Sie bereits unten an der Bar einen Capucchino trinken und herrliche Croissants essen. Ein paar Schritte weiter und Sie befinden sich mitten auf dem Markt mit einem grossen Angebot an Früchten, Gemüsen, Fleisch und Fisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig und angenehm. Wir haben vor allem die herrliche Dachterrasse mit den Liegestühlen genossen. Wir sind sicher nicht zum letzten Mal in Palarugel gewesen. Vielen Dank den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

Extremely comfortable and beautiful apartment well located in the small town of Palafrugall.

From the moment we entered the apartment we fell in love. We were looking for lodgings that had character rather than an annoyomous beach apartment. The location is perfect With bars, restaurants and the market only seconds away. Enric and his team were extremely professional as well as warm and friendly. There is no doubt that we will be visiting next year.

Quiet, historic and comfortable

We spent every evening on the large terrace. But the inside are as beautiful as the pictures. It is comfortable to have two separate seating areas, which we also used in the early morning. It is in the central area with a daily market and the main square around the corner. There is also a nice little cafe just below. It was just what you think of when you imagine relaxing in Spain. The management was very helpful. Although they were slow getting back to us when we first contacted them through email.

Fantastic getaway!

This attic apartment is a stunning combination of antique charm with modern amenities. Thoughtful details throughout make the decor especially charming, and the bed is very comfortable. Best of all is the marvelous and very private terrace, which is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or being on the beach.The apartment's location in Palafrugell's historic center is ideal, with easy walking distance to restaurants and a wonderful morning market. If you have a car, you have a choice of many gorgeous beaches, all within a very short driving distance. We loved Sa Tuna and Tamariu, with crystal clear water and fewer tourists. After the hectic pace of Madrid or Barcelona, this is the perfect getaway. I highly recommend it, and would return in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful house

My friends and I had a wonderful break and it was lovely to have the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful, historic house. The Gemric staff ensured everything was trouble free. The house had everything we needed and we felt part of the real Spain rather than some anonymous hotel. There were plenty of places to eat and drink nearby and the beaches were only a short drive away. Stay here - you'll love it!

beautiful authentic and rustic!

we stayed here in june and it was lovely very central for the old town off palafrugal and 5 mins walk to bus stop to go to a choice of 3 beachs our favorites been llafranc and palafrugal ! its such a gorgeous area .the only things are no kettle and you need to be able to speak a reasonable amount of spanish! but i love the area and the apartment with its large rooms and massive roof terrace.i would love to stay again!
