All the staff i met in Spa, Restaurants have been amazing very friendly, polite and felt welcomed. Thank you! The main pool area has been overcrowded. The slippers dropped by people everywhere and anywhere around the pool. Check in time starts 15:00 and everyone had to queue to get into hotel. Blocking the entrance for other people. I booked two rooms for my family. And my friend’s family one room. We have asked for rooms to be on the same floor next to each other it was not accommodated when we arrived. I was given one room on the 3rd floor and another on the 4th floor. It has been changed on a request to the same floor but had to wait to be cleaned even though it was 30 min past check in time. even though it was on the same floor but my two rooms and my friends room were not next to each other as we asked when made a booking we had few kids between families its was quite disappointing that our request has not been listened to. The last bit. I have forgotten a bag of my shoes in the room and only realised it when left hotel and was miles away. Called hotel asked to check with cleaners. I was promised a call back and it never happened. For the cleaners I hope you enjoyed 5 euros tip and found the shoes useful! Other than that the place is beautiful, few minutes from the beach, food has been great.

Public area were fabulous but the room was tired and in need of a facelift. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was excellent - friendly and informative. That was not the case in the morning when we asked for a taxi to the airport - offhand and unhelpful.

It's my second time staying at this hotel. All superb apart from limited access to their pool/spa (which is fab!) - the new rule that came into place mid-July yet they failed to mention when advertising their rooms. As a returning customer with young family I would have liked to know this in advance. Hence four stars rating.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, rundum Wald und ca 500 m zum Meer, Spa und Massage hervorragend, sonst postsowjetisch, verstaubt und unfreundlich. Alle Beschriftungen nur auf Litauisch, Mitarbeiter sprechen größtenteils kein Englisch, Frühstück muss selbst abserviert werden, im Badezimmer keine Ablage, nicht einmal Zahnputzbecher, Handtücher winzig und zerschlissen, Bettzeug wird nicht gewechselt.

We stayed one night at Gradiali in Palanga with our toddler and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and warm. Every interaction felt pleasant and welcoming and that truly made a difference. Check in was very busy with a long line and it did not quite feel like a 4.5 star spa experience at that moment. It felt more like a conveyor of arrivals. Maybe staggered check in times could help avoid so many guests arriving at once and make the experience feel calmer from the start. The only area that was not quite what we expected was the spa and pool zone. We went on a Wednesday evening thinking it might be quieter but it was very crowded. There was loud music playing and a class happening in the pool that could be heard throughout the entire area so everyone had to listen to it. For me a spa is a place to relax and unwind and unfortunately it did not feel very relaxing that evening. It felt more like a water park atmosphere. There is also a pizza place in the middle of the spa area. I understand it is probably meant to be convenient and family friendly but for me personally a fast food spot in the middle of a spa felt slightly off brand. Breakfast was average but there were plenty of options so perhaps I just did not choose the right combinations. On a very positive note, my husband had a Thai massage and he absolutely loved it. Huge compliments to the therapist as it was a real highlight of our stay. Overall we had a nice stay especially than

This place is great! Guests can enjoy SPA, 4 different Saunas,Jacuzzi and Swimming pools! The breakfast is superb, lots of choices and very delicious. 5* star for the breakfast!
View from the balcony to the beautiful pine forest and the Baltic Sea is just some minute walk through this forest

Für eine Rehaeinrichtung wirklich gut.

Sehr gutes Hotel in toller Lage. Anwendungen gut wenn auch preislich für Litauen am oberen Ende. Buffet war völlig ausreichend. Terrasse am Dach ein Traum. Alles in allem eher eine Rehaeinrichtung denn ein Hotel aber für uns als Familie wirklich gut.

In general, we really liked this hotel, despite the fact that the room was not ready by 15.00, but we waited. When leaving, we were given an invoice without a receipt and we paid, after I checked and they counted one of the treatments that I did not do. We asked for a refund, for which we were told to go to the spa, at the spa we were told back to the reception... at the reception they gave us to fill out a form where there was no bank account, but the address and many other things had to be filed, To which we turned around and left, we didn’t have time for that. To take money it was quick but refund it take a time and for there fault. Be careful. And check your bill before paying.

We have stayed many times , but this time was not as good, we had a few problems with the room, one of the problems was the fridge which was very loud and kept us awake, when we reported it they told us they are a bit loud andvthey could turn it off, we said that was no good as we had things in it, in the end they offered us another room, and the fridge in that room was fine, but the staff this time did not seem very happy normaly they are happy and cant do enough for you, Also this time it was very dusty but that is because they are doing a lot of building work and must be expected, We will go back again, because in the past it has always been very good, may be this was just a one off, so lets hope everything is back to normal when we go again in the summer
