Great hotel and location

This location is perfect for visiting the beach, local shops and restaurants. I was surprised that I would have to reserve a time and pay to use the hot tub. I skipped my usual 15 minute dip.

very nice breakfast and the staff is great! The rooms are in need of an upgrade soon. The beds ar not very good. If you dont like hard beds, ofcourse. Very nice location near everything. I guess i will come back next time i am in Palanga

The front desk management team we’re extremely non responsive in helping to solve several problems we incurred during our signing into the hotel. The normal help people were polite. When you sign up make sure you check the breakfast preferences because they won’t let you switch. Also their parking was not available we had to park in a field where we had to move a gate each time.

Good location in Palanga

Location is great, breakfast and room was very good. Pity there is no gym facilities and reception staff was a bit arrogant. Breakfast staff was very nice.

Hotel is very well located, modern and convenient room. Breakfast is good and breakfast team very friendly unlike as reception team that seems very arrogant. Wifi was fast. A good adress in Palanga even if it is a but overpriced

Nice experience. Staff very friendly and helpful. See you perhaps next time. Not far from the sea (5 min Walking dist.), Restaurant in Hotel and many around. Close to attractions but still calm in rooms.

Great location, cool place! One and only issue: breakfast starts at 08;00, which is quite late for people who have places to get to... Why not start at 07;00? But other than that: well done, will certainly consider going back!
