Appartements sale, non conforme aux descriptifs et défaillance du loueur. logement annoncé comme "fabuleux" 1. Logement tres sale. 2. la clim ne marche pas avec 35 degrés…nuit d'enfer ! 3. Pas de parking malgré l'annonce le loueur "agence port et plage" à Carnon-plage n'a rien fait et ne s'est pas déplacé ! "c'est comme ça - Oui je sais que la clim ne marche pas - j'ai des problemes avec ma société de nettoyage ..." (terrasse pas nettoyée plein de sable – congélateur non décongelé avec emballage plastique - casserole – tapis - crasse résiduelle dans douche – crasse et graisse résiduelle sous les coussins retournés du canapé - barre de seuil cassée – un lit de sable sous le tapis - du sang de viande dans le 2e frigo – l’aspirateur cassé – 1 chaise cassée… »– etc.)
