「nice hotel, great location, right in the center, 2mins to the two towers, and the main shopping area. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is so Richful of choices and yummy! Rooms clean and amenity is nice! Great bargain booked with hotels. Will still be my first choice when exploring Bologna! But one minor problem, the staircase and elevator can be very confusing. when you can carrying huge luggages this can be annoying」

「Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.」

「Staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. I don’t quite satisfied with the room allocated to me. The hotel change another room for me immediately. Dining is very good. We have breakfast at the hotel every morning. We also had dinner one night at the hotel. Location is very good, close to central station and walking distance to all the major attractions.」

「The room was very clean and functional. The breakfast was really good, and varied each day with added options. There were two separate rooms with many options, and free espresso and cappuccino as well! The restaurant is good for a quick bite with a nice discount. Every staff member was beyond helpful. They were able to coordinate a taxi to the airport for us, which made it so much easier. The location is absolutely perfect. Walk right out into the best of old town Bologna! I hope to come again...
