「Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Moderne saubere Unterkunft. Es war immer jemand erreichbar wenn es Fragen gab und wir haben auch eine Menge Tips für unseren Aufenthalt erhalten. Jeder Zeit wieder. Was man aber generell beachten muss ist, dass es sehr viele Treppen und Steigungen zu überwinden gibt. Neapel ist nichts für mobil eingeschränkte Personen wenn man die Stadt zu Fuß erkunden möchte. 」

「Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...

Impossible to park, but we downloaded a parking app and parked safe just a few stops away with the metro Perfect location in Napoli and the couple that runs the b&b are very nice and helpful. Every morning they made a good breakfast with different local pastry. Will stay here again.」

「Very well designed property, very attentive staff. The location was perfect - walking distance to Toledo street, Toledo metro, as well as the port to catch the ferry and Municipal square. Might get a bit noisy at night but the earplugs came in handy. Had a small electrical issue with the room which was resolved quickly but I was able to check in early when I arrived so everything balanced out in the end. Diego was amazing and an excellent communicator. I would stay here again!」

「Everything was amazing at Napoli Tree. The staff were all extremely helpful and nice, the room was huge, clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was unreal. Homemade traditional cakes, pies and pastries from Napoli. Yogurt, boiled eggs, toast, quiche, etc as well. The location was perfect and safe. Down by the water. Very walkable to high end shopping and loads of restaurants. I would highly recommend 」

「We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming — they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The entire property was spotless and felt so well cared for. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect home base for our trip to Italy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! 💛🇮🇹」

「We had a great stay at Chez Anna, the owners were very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. It was very clean and the location is convenient, with a short walk to the metro. 」

「The room was very tasteful with amazing quality of fixtures and fittings. Daily room service with clean towels. Massimo (the owner) has thought of everything - fridge, kettle, coffee machine and supplies. even a disposable mini shaving kit! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. La Corte dei Mille is in an upmarket area, close to the metro and walking distance from the sea. As it is on the fifth floor of a traditional apartment block the lift was definitely very handy. 」
