“Nice hotel, located near the beach. However they have a problem with the road at the front which tends to have rowdy parties and noisy cars revving all night. During the stay I only got 1 night sleep, and that was because I was exhausted. Rooms are clean and spacious, amenities are OK, except there is no kettle in the room. Hot drinks need to be ordered through room service.”

“Overall, it’s not a bad hotel, the last day at the checkout we ask for the taxi to receptionist. She said she will call the Uber company that the Hotel work with I said OK so Taxi show up it was the evening reception person that he works in hotel! again I didn’t care so he took us to train station which was 14 minutes walking distance and five minutes driving. And he asked for €30 but the thing is 3 days before that when I came to the hotel from train station the actual Taxi a good size Taxi……

“Check-in was super easy with the lovely receptionist looking after us (2 couples) all the way through from greeting us to opening the room doors and showing us around.”

“The staff and property were exceptional. A magnificent architectural jewel of the Liberty’ period owned by a retired NATO commander who is a delight along with his son Alex and his mother. The young receptionists are enthusiastic about the town and the myriad of attractions. The only thing that could have made it better was the taxi service. Neither going from the airport by small bus or in the taxi on the way to Sorrento was any a/c but both drivers were courteous and most pleasant. The Villa……

“Had an enjoyable stay. Staff were absolutely brilliant, hotel is a little dated but clean & tidy (no tea/coffee in rooms which would have been nice). Restaurant menu for meals is limited but good. Would recommend their pizza evenings! Had an issue with late night noise from a private function but the Gen. Manager was fabulous & responded quickly to resolve. It’s a 10-15min walk into the town area but plenty of restaurants to choose from. Train station is 8-10mins away which gives you easy &……
