「We had a lovely stay at this countryside property, about an hour from Rome. It’s very close to the highway, and parking is available inside the property, which made getting around easy. Despite the convenient location, it feels peaceful and rural—a comfortable place to get a good night’s sleep. This isn’t a luxury stay. The facilities are older, with the rustic character you’d expect from a farm. Breakfast is simple, with morning coffee and toast. What made our stay special was the people: they...

「The room was lovely. A few problems—there was only one light switch for all 5 lights, there was no coffee table nor extra chair in the ‘living rm’ space, TV orientated to the bed. A major issue was no coffee maker in the room. A difficulty with the location is that there is no transportation except very expensive taxis/Uber cars to get to Tivoli and surrounding sites.」

「I liked the property but it was hard to get a taxi. If you have your own car it would be a great place to stay. There is no place to eat dinner either so definitely need to have a car.」

「Amazing staff clean rooms everyday with free breakfast included very friendly and nice atmosphere」

「The place is spacious, clean and quiet！」

「Excellent views, new renovation and well kept. Shower area a bit small. Others are superb!!」

「Ospitalità e servizio impeccabili. Ci tornerò di sicuro. 」
