Nice surprise

Our friends were really happy that we chose this lovely house in Mondello. Our host was great and the house contained everything that we needed for a very enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend this house and location and would definitely come back here in the future.

Great stay in Palermo

Cozy villa equipped with everything you need for the short or long stay. Viviana and Frederico were the most welcoming and caring hosts we've ever met. Everytime we had any issue the help was provided immediately. The suggestions what to visit, what to do, where to eat made our holidays a lot easier. We would definitely will stay there again!

A lovely welcome

We have rented many holiday homes but Viviana's welcome pack is the most generous by far. Much appreciated! The house is well equipped and the large garden is gated and therefore ideal for young children. The house is well sited for many places of interest and Mondello it lovely and has good places to eat. If, like us, you would prefer not to drive into Palermo, the local railway station has free parking and an hourly service into the centre of the city. Viviana was lovely and very helpful. We enjoyed meeting her.

Beautiful Property

Beautiful property in a great location. Perfect place for our kids to unwind especially on the trampoline. House was super clean and gave us a lot of space for our family of four. Owner was there to greet us and helped us find grocery stores, attractions and places to eat. Greasy stay.

Disappointing

Villa is like the photos shown only everything is at least 10 years older. Couch well worn and kitchen cookware old. Surprised that we had to buy drinking water. One and half baths not sufficient for 4 adults and a child. No soap holder in shower or sufficient towel holders. When windy, doors to upstairs bathroom and smaller bedroom had to be locked otherwise they would bang open and closed. Screens missing from some windows. House was cool temperature wise. Washer and dryer worked well. A few fixes could make this place a much better stay.

Très beau séjour dans cette belle maison

Tout d'abord merci à Viviana pour sa disponibilité avant et pendant le séjour. Elle est réactive à nos demandes/questions et sait vous conseiller sur les activités/lieux à faire. Merci. Concernant la maison, rien de particulier à redire. Tout est conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons séjourné avec nos deux enfants de 2ans et demi et 09 mois. Tout est la pour eux, du couchage aux jeux extérieur. Tout est clos ce qui est vraiment rassurant. L'emplacement de la maison est un gros plus, proche de Palerme, de l'aéroport mais surtout des belles plages Siciliennes. Dernière chose, merci pour le plateau d'accueil, après un vol c'est très appréciable. Nous recommandons sincèrement ce logement. Franck, Marlène, Milan, Aria.

Meravigliosa vacanza!

Ci siamo davvero sentiti come a casa nostra! Ci siamo divertiti a cucinare, giocare in giardino, ammirare il bellissimo panorama e godere della pace e la tranquillità di questo piccolo angolo di paradiso! Perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione. Una bella villa immersa nel verde, pulita, accogliente con arredamenti moderni, funzionali e di buon gusto. pavimento in parquet, cucina super accessoriata. Giardino curato con giochi per bambini e lettini solarium a disposizione. Vicina al bellissimo mare di Mondello supermercati e locali. Viviana è una padrona di casa favolosa, ci ha accolti con gentilezza con un cesto di benvenuto con prodotti tipici e non, molto apprezzati! È rimasta a nostra disposizione per tutta la durata della vacanza dandoci dei preziosi consigli. Grazie infinite anche per averci dato la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente del late check-out. Ruime moderne woning met grote tuin goed geschikt voor kleine kinderen.

Lovely holiday house

We had a really nice stay here with our 2 little kids. The house is very beautifull with a very big garden for kids to play in. Viviana is a very warm and welcoming host, on arrival there was a very thoughtfull basket with local snacks in it. Thank you!

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine chez Viviana et Federico qui sont des hôtes d'exceptions! Nous arrivions dans la soirée, et Viviana et Federico nous ont accueilli avec un panier de bienvenue plein de bonnes choses! La maison est tout confort, on ne manque de rien. Wir können wirklich nur weiter empfehlen, die Lage ist wunderschön, sehr ruhig und nicht zu weit vom Strand. Der Empfang sehr freundlich, Viviana hat uns die Villa vorgestellt, einen wunderschönen Korb mit Lebensmittel für den Anfang. Die Villa ist sehr sauber, und das Bett bequem. Die Terasse und der Grill ist ideal, die meiste Zeit haben wir auf die Terasse verbracht. Danke Viviana 😁 wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüsse Tamara

Ruhig gelegenes Haus in der Nähe von Palermo

Das Haus liegt zwischen Mondello und Palermo und ist wunderbar geeignet von dort viele Ausflüge zu starten. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da die Bushaltestelle etwas entfernt liegt. Neben Palermo (das man auch mit dem Bus gut erreichen kann) waren wir in Cefalu, Solinunte und am Etna. Besonders gut hat uns eine Wanderung auf dem Monte Pellegrino und zum Sacrificio Rosalia gefallen - für den etwas anstrengenden Anstieg durch die Schlucht waren die Temperaturen perfekt! Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Federico empfangen und haben uns insbesondere sehr über den Willkommenskorb mit vielen leckeren Sachen gefreut - dafür noch einmal herzlichen Dank! Das Haus ist bestens eingerichtet, so dass wir uns als 4-köpfige Familie mit zwei großen Söhnen wohlfühlen konnten: ein großer Grillplatz und ein großer Kühlschrank ließen keine Wünsche offen. Den großzügigen Außenbereich konnten wir leider nur zum Frühstück nutzen, abends war es Ende Oktober leider zu kalt, um draußen zu sitzen. Vielen Dank an Viviana und Federico für die nette Betreuung! Wunderschönes Haus mit großem Garten

Das Mietobjekt hat uns wirklich restlos begeistert! Das moderne Haus war sehr sauber, hochwertig und geschmackvoll mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der große gepflegte Garten ist komplett umzäunt, also ideal für Familien mit Kindern, da man die Kleinen sorgenfrei im Garten spielen lassen kann. Bei unserer Ankunft war eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man sonst in Ferienhäuser erstmal besorgen muss (Gewürze, Wasser, Toilettenpapier, Seife, Spülmaschinentabs usw) und die Vermieterin hatte sogar einen großen Willkommenskorb mit Lebensmitteln, Wein usw. für uns bereit gestellt. Das Haus ist wirklich uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, auch wenn man mit dem Auto 5 Minuten zum Strand fahren muss. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus in sehr schöner Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön und top ausgestattet - auch die Lage ist prima, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand von Mondello oder in Palermo. Mondello eignet sich auch gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Cefalu oder Agrigent. Das Haus und der Garten ist sehr familienfreundlich eingerichtet. Und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und großzügig - alles war perfekt organisiert und vorbereitet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Green Villa wunderbar

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Green Villa. Das Haus ist super schön und modern, hervorragend geeignet für ausgiebige Grillabende mit Freunden und Familie. Der Strand von Mondello ist an guten Tagen traumhaft! Viviana ist eine bezaubernde und sehr liebenswürdig Gastgeberin die sich ganz wunderbar um ihre Gäste kümmert.

Perfect Family Home

We were a family of 3 adults and 2 young children and the house was perfect for our needs. The house had fantastic toys in the garden for the girls to play with and additional toys inside. The house comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need from plenty towels, to all kitchen requirements to sky tv and wifi. Vivianna met us at the garage and showed us how to get there which was a massive help as we would never have found it on our own! She gave us recommendations of local trips, beeches etc and the welcome basket on arrival was just lovely. A fantastic house for our first trip to Italy. Would highly recommend staying here as we were not disappointed.

Schönes Haus

Wir waren zu viert in dem Haus von Viviana für 14 Tage Urlaub. Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden, alles wurde erklärt, es gab zudem einen Willkommenskorb mit Früchten, Nudeln, Obst, Wasser etc. - Klasse ! Das Haus war ideal für uns, von dort konnten wir alles gut erreichen. Viviana hat uns sehr viele Tipps gegeben für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc.. Wir haben diese 14 Tage genossen und die Seele einfach baumeln lassen, das ging zudem hervorragend mit der Terrasse, die wir immer nutzen. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir fast nicht gebraucht, da auch die Temperaturen das ermöglichten. In den ersten Tagen war es noch sehr heiß, da war die Klimaanlage für die Nächte sehr willkommen. Es hat nichts gefehlt, alles hat tadellos funktioniert, so wünscht man sich das. Wir wurden auch wieder sehr herzlich verabschiedet. Kurzum ein Urlaub genauso wie wir uns ihn gewünscht und vorgestellt hatten.
