Worn down and dirty

The Gustav Klimt room needed a good renovation I must say. A lot of the things are falling apart or are just dirty. The room smelled like dog and had a lot of dog hair. Probably from the last visitors. The terrace door did not close tightly so you had a feeling that Palermos streets were in the room. The staff was super friendly but a bit confused.

Nos encantó!

Nos atendieron muy bien, nos dieron una habitación muy bonita y nos recibieron con un vino espumoso y cannoli porque celebramos un evento importante, además de darnos acceso antes de la hora del check in. El personal fue muy amable, su ubicación es muy buena y el desayuno es muy generoso y en la cama. Muy recomendable!!!

I had a fantastic stay at Palermo Gallery. The quality/price was great. The room was very modern, clean and complete with air-con, fridge, kettle and coffeemaker. The breakfast was included in the price and was abundant. The service/staff was perfect!
