「The booked accommodation change address at last minute where need longer walking distance exceed my original criteria of less than 5 mins walk from train station. 」

「If the Palermo Centrale railway station is your transportation hub then this B&B is your number one choice. It will only takes you 5 minutes walking from the b&b to the station. Like their name, it is white and clean but our room is quite small and no good view. Staff is nice and helpful. The place is on the second floor, if you are not strong enough to carry your luggages up the stairs then it might not be the place for you. 」

「Honestly this was a strange experience. We provided our documents and received check in information via email and had absolutely no in person contact with anyone- tiny trash cans for a three night stay that were never emptied, my group did the dishes for all of the guests two of the three days because they were piled up in the sink and the coffee machine ran out of milk the second morning and was never refilled. The pastries for breakfast were only partially replenished and there was random...

「Very convenient location next to the train station and short walk from the main tourist areas. However bed was very uncomfortable, there were ants in our room, and the lift up to the 5th floor felt dodgy. Some amenities provided such as body wash, soap, towels, but was provided a coffee machine with no pods. Would not stay here for more than 1-2 nights.」

「TV didn’t work - nobody replied when I informed them. The room faces the train station and a busy road - do not expect to get any sleep. Was a necessity for a cancelled flight due to Etna eruption with an early start.」
