“The location was far from the city centre and we didn't have our own car so we had to pay extra money to the driver to pick up and drop off at the hotel every time. They had a mosquito problem in one of their guest toilets. Rooms were great, no problems here. The hotel was still under construction, not a probelm but good to know.”

“This is a nice business-focused hotel; the arrival was extremely welcoming. The room was very comfortable and a good size. We ate in the restaurant several times during our stay and found the Vegetarian only menu options very tasty albeit expensive. the Hotel is a bit of a hike to the major tourist areas if your here for that and its location many tuk-tuk drivers are unfamiliar with.”

“Ratan villas offered us a place to escape to amid the hustle and bustle of jodphur. Morning site seeing followed by lunch and an afternoon relaxing round the pool. The owner, manaager and staff were polite, attentive and helped us organise tours and taxis where needed. Rooms were perfect, large bed, plenty of storage and air conditioning good. Food was good and reasonablely priced. Love the back story to this place too, home from home Would defo recommend to anyone. ”

“This is nice hotel with excellent rooms facing the city. My windows were facing the palace of Jodphur but they were very dirty. There is a good restaurant but if you want bottled water you have to pay cash. For some reason I don't understand why they can't charge to the room. The staff is very polite and try to solve issue. The WI-FI is very slow and it drops every 5-10 minutes. However, in my case they gave me access to another wi-fi network and this solved the problem. You need to ask however.……

“Our stay at Pratap Mahal in November, 2023 was really very nice. What made the stay very special was that, the hotel which is surrounded by hills had a very serene and relaxing vibe. We got a room on the ground floor, that opened onto a beautiful and serene garden. The staff was extremely helpful and caring, though we expected some delectable Rajasthani cuisine, we were a tad disappointed with the food offering. But, it was more than compensated by the overall vibe of this beautiful and scenic……
