  • We got here at sunset and this girl was far braver than I would have been. The drop was enormous. Colorado National Monument is somwhere I can't recommend highly enough, but allow enough time for all the overlooks, it is larger than it looks. We did 3 hours that evening and another 3 hours the next morning and only scratched the surface.

Country escape

Accomodations were nicely appointed, great yard in back of motel for kids to play along with the owners dog. Located away from city and crowds. Would have liked meeting the owners and having them share some tips on area.

The Homestead is a great place to stay when visiting Palisade! Recently renovated, clean, excellent room amenities, beautiful view from the back patio, close to downtown and many wineries. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to the area.

We loved our stay here. It was the perfect location for our weekend in Palisade. It was quaint, quiet, clean, and the property was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Palisade!

Loved this little motel. Easy check in, comfortable beds, nice amenities like full size coffee maker, good coffee & creamer in the room along with an ice maker of your very own. Wonderful place to stay in Palisade

Amazing place to stay - Uber clean, classy modern decor, all the small touches that make a stay enjoyable! The bedding was particularly excellent, and we enjoyed sipping coffee on the patio with the mountains and vineyards in view. Mike and Cody are excellent hosts.

This is really an amazing property that I very much enjoyed my short stay at. The town is incredibly quaint and the surroundings are gorgeous. The Homestead is such a warm and welcoming gem! The owners Cody and Mike welcomed us with the luxury touches--mini ice machine and delicious ground coffee!!--as well as with a warm greeting. It felt like staying at an old inn or guest house, except for all the modern touches. The bedding, towels and housewares in the kitchenette made us feel like we were in a 5 star in the middle of peach farm country! We can't wait to be back!
